aww. hindi ko pa yata naeencounter yung ganyan... virus nga yan or spyware or adware.. try mo maghanap sa net ng soLutions para jan.. kung waLa ng ibang way, reformat na lang taLaga Ron..
at least kapag nareformat na, okay na taLaga pc mo.. probLema mo na lang mga files and installers... pero syempre you need to back them up before formatting..
